Ok, so I have recorded a video of my idle, this is when the engine is WARMED UP only. Usually its more pronounced after driving the car and then idling. Profile lists my mods if you wana see what its got. -New Lower intake manifold Gaskets (oem $$)
-New upper plenum gasket
-NO BOOST LEAKS of any kind
-EGR deleted, everything gone
-Changed from a JWT chip to a SZ chip (chip only ECU not swapped)
-MAF's eliminated from being a problem
-Selin Kit, single pop, dual pop, selin translator all eliminated from being a problem
-Exhaust has no leaks
-Turbos new , upgraded still has same pop
-Wiring harness brand new
-IACV cleaned, gasket replaced, but the unit is OEM NOT replaced
-Numerous fuel system cleanings and treatments
-Injectors all ohm the same
-Fuel pressure damper, regulator replaced with OEM
-Spark plugs changed a few times
-Coil packs all swapped with a known good one, same issue
-PTU replaced with new OEM and even swapped with known good.
-Timing is at 15degrees BTDC as it should be
-Idle is set .44 per conzult
-Fuel filter replaced
I cant think of anything else atm. ..... hmm what am I missing? HELP!!! Is this a characteristic of 740cc injectors?!? I almost feel like this happened after I upgraded to them years ago but cant prove it.
